We use a hybrid training model: personalized programs combined with guidance from a personal trainer every time you workout.
Your journey begins with a full assessment, where we learn your goals, your movement history, injuries, and how your body moves today. From there, we create a program designed specifically for you.
When you’re on the floor, you’re not in a class and you’re not doing 1:1 training. Instead, you follow your individualized program while trainers queue form, and provide modifications & progressions as you advance.
